of 192 this authority the sale was registered by the Land officer who had special authority to register the sales and transfer of Land under published instructions addressed to him by his Plenipotentiary of date May 27th ult!, and I beg to annex a certified copy of the record of the transfer which was delivered to me for six of the lots registered in my name, the other six having been transferred to M.
