As you will have commenced a series in your character of Plenipotentiary, and another in your character as Superintendent, at the beginning of the year 1843, I have to request that instead of beginning a fresh series as "Sir Henry Pottinger" you will continue the Superintendents number series as "Sir Henry Pottinger".
