Government Offices, Courts of Law, etc., required in this Colony; and also apartments for the Officers connected therewith...

I have not attempted to draw a plan of the building, not knowing the precise nature...

and amount of accommodation required...

My intention has been only to lay before His Excellency the manner in which I would propose

that the different offices should be concentrated.
