Now, the principal presented a Petition to you, stating, that he was involved in no crime, and that only out of revenge, with an intention to effect his ruin, a false charge had been made against him, that nothing had as yet been brought forward to substantiate the charge made by Mongsrongipo, and the other men, in their Petitions, that you requested me therefore, to lose no time in sending for examination the accuser and his Witnesses, that the case might be thoroughly sifted, and so on.
The above, I have examined, and find, that in the accusation by Mong:nongpo against Loietton, and his associates, a section is made. This Thai-wan, being within the Territory of Mongtong. It is only stated, that the criminals lived at a place called Phain:t, avouch for Sung, fat, and the others, Herrant, ordering them to proceed to that place, but the Policemen, when they discovered that the place belonged to Thongting, equally diably informs to blame, for not immus ediately informing me, and actif for as written commemise:cation to requesting, that the seizures might be made. I have therefore exprimend nual, as as and punished these ing brothers. to the criminals have already bus tatters, into custody by your Fliennen, I have further directed that Bond:Sacs gips the accuser be ordered to present himself before you for examinations of his accusations for inspection.
