I hope the work will be completed and delivered to the Owners during the ensuing month of December; also, that an additional number of lots — Nos. 10 to 60 — have been marked off, providing for the required Streets, &c., and will be sold early in January.
I shall shortly forward to your Lordship, by the Officer who is to proceed to England in charge of the Supplementary Treaty, a Sketch of the new locations and Streets, with the remarks of the Land Officer, explaining them.
