TONNAGE,
HONGKONG, 12th November.-There is only a limited enquiry for tonnage. From Saigon to this, 3 cents per picul; to Philippines, 21/25 cents according to quantity. From Newchwang to Canton, six more boats closed, u owing to high price of beans at loading port, no further tonnage is likely to be required this-season. Coal freights continue fim due to scarcity of suitable boats. From Moji to this, $1.75 last; Singapore, $2.75; Swatow, $2,20; Canton, $2.60.
