Hongkow Wharf Co. Rates are remarkably steady and there is no variation to report from last week, Cash and June shares remain at Tls. 222 and Tls. 224 respectively and sales have -been made at from Tls, 232į to Tis. 230 for September. Sugars.-Perak Sugars changed hands at Tls. 82 for June. Mining.-Kaipings. A few small lots have been dealt in at T18. 16 and Tis. 15.85. Lands.-Shanghai Lands have advanced from Tls. 101 to Tls. 103 for the old shares, new shares closing at Tls. 102. Industral.-Cottons. Ewo Cottons have declined from Tls. 65 to 63 at which price shares are obtainable. Internationals, There are no cash shares to report, the price remaining nominally at Tls. 51. A sale for December was made at Tls. 53. Laon Kung Mows remain at Tla. 81 nominal. Shanghai Gas Co. shares have been dealt in at Tis. 100. China Flour Mills have had a smart decline from Tis. 64 to 118, 60. Green Island Cements. The quotation from Hongkong is $16. Maatschappij, &c., in Langkata have had another rise during the week from Tla, 2871 to Tls. 2974. | Alhambra For September there are buyers at Tls. 307) and for December Tls. 816 has been done. market closes very firm. HONGKONG, 21st June, 1907.-The little spurt reported in our last circular has not been fully maintained, and although a fair business has been transacted during the week rat's have declined, and in most stocks sellers rule the market at time of closing. Hongkong and Shanghais have changed hands in small odd lots at. $880, but at time of closing shares are obtainable at $875 and it is probable that a slightly lower rate would be accepted. MINING. Raubs have changed hands during the week in fair lots at 62 nd 7; the market however closes much quieter with sellers at ö§. The crushing for the last month wes 801 ozs. from 4,475 tons.

DOCKS, WHARVES and Godowns.- Hong- kong and Whampoas in the early part of the week improved considerably and siles were effected at 1057106, 109 and 110. Later how- ever, with holders willing to realize a small profit, shares thrown on the market caused a reaction and the rate again fall to 106 with sales, the market closing with buyers at 105. Hongkong and Kowloon Wharves have found small purchasers at 79 and 8 the market closing with sel'ers at the latter rate, Sheng- hai Docks have shown no important move. ment, but continue weak at the quotation of 75. Hongkew Wharves ruled steady in Shanghai in the early part of the week at 222 to 223, and a good business is reported. The latest quotation from the north makes the stock much easier with sales at 220. New Amoy Docks continue unchanged and without business.
