COTTON MILLS.-Internationals have improv ed in the north to 65, and Soychees to 410, Hongkongs have been placed locally at 811, and more are wanted at the rate.
MISCELLANEOUS, Cements have found further buyers at $214. closing firm with more buyers. A few China Lights have been placed at 894, and Electrics at $16. Ices are still enquired for at $250 without business resulting. We have nothing else to report.
