JAPANE È JUDGMENT AGAINST HONGKONG

LAWYERS,

Julgment was delivered on November 7th in the Kobe Chiho Saibansho in the action brought by C. D. Wilkinson, solicitor of Hong- kour, and E. J. Grist, solicitor, also of Hong- kong. against J. Clifford Wilkinson, mineral water manufacturer of Kobe for the recovery of remuneration for services rendered, &c., amount- ing to Y231, together with interest at the rate of per cent per annum. The claim of the plaintiffs was dismissed with costs.
