The High Officers Commanding Her Britannic Majesty's Combined Fleet, beg to acknowledge the receipt of the dispatch of the 18th day of May, from their Lordships, of the Admiralty; acquainting them of the arrival at Bombay of the General Sir George Stovin Willington, Her Britannic Majesty's Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary, so when they have transacted such business as the circumstances may require.
Dated on board H.M.S. "Magdala's" Ship Cornwallis, at Moulmein, this 27th day of June 1862.
