SHARE REPORTS.
H NGKONG, 14th April, 1905.—A fair busi- ness has been transacted during the week under review, chiefly in connection with the settle- ments on the 30th instant. In new business, Docks, Sugars and Banks have received most attention, whilst in the smaller stooks, in most cases, a fair demand for shares has not been met by sellers and rates have consequently im. proved somewhat. The tightness of money and the uncertainty of the political outlook are curtailing business to some extent.
