HONGKONG, 15th July.--The volumn of business transacted during the past two weeks is larger than that of the preceding fortnight, but at lower cates all round. From Saigon to this, 10 cents last; to Philippines, 26 cents last; north coast Java, 26 cents last; Japan, 25 and 26 cents. From Java to this, 30 centă and 28 cents per picul. Newchwang to Canton. 26 cents last rate paid and 25 cents might be obtained for ready steamer; to Swatow, 21 centa. Coal freights are weak From Moji to this, $1.30; Singapore, $1.40 per ton.
