SHARE REPORTS.

Hoxerore, 12th June. 1903)-Ou rmarket continues extremely dull, and there is very little business to report.

BANKS Hongkong and hanghais under the influence of small buying orders have ad- vanced to $685 with sales and probable sellers at the rat. London is unchanged at £63. Na. tionals have advanced to $28 buyers.

MARINE INSURANCES.-Unions after small sales at $500 are in some request at this figure. China Traders can be procured at $61. Cantons are strog at $177 with no shares obtainable under $18 North Chinas and Yangtszes are unaltered at quotations

FIRE INSURANCES.-Hongkongs have sold at $330, $3324 and $335 and the market closes with probable buyers at the latter rate. Chinas have been booked at 884 and $85 and close firm.

SHIPPING.-Hongkong, Canton and Macaos have been taken off the market at $371, 8371 and $374, and close with probable further buyers at the latter rate. Indo-Chinas have sold at $106 and $107 and are still in demand at $ ̊06. China and Manilas are easier with sales at $25 and further sellers at $20 Douglases have receded to $42 sellers. Star Ferries are an- changed. Shell Transport after sales at the reduced rate of £1. 58. Od. are wanted to some extent at this figure.

REFINERIES.-Chisa||Sugars have sold at 8106 and $107, and close with sellers at the latt r rate. Tuzons can be placed at $10,

MINING.- Panjoms hate sold at $3 and $2.80, and there are further sellers at the higher rate. Jelebus are offering at 81. Raubs are unchanged at $83 buyers, and Charbonnages at $600 se'lers.

COTTON MILLS.--Evos have sold in the North at the reducd rate of Tls. 35. There are no other changes or business to report.

MISCELLANEOUS.—Greeu Island Cements have advanced to $25 with some ellers after spiles at 8:4). El otring (old) can be placed at 813) and (new) at $74. Fenwicks have a ld at the reduced rate of $47, Bell's Asbestos hare alivalced to $5 with sales and buyers, and United Asbestos can be placed at the improved rate of $91. China Providents are procurable at $91. and Watkins at $74. China Light and Powers are wanted at $6 and Fowells at $94.

Closing quotations are as follows:—

DOCKS, WHARves and GodoWN8.--Hong- kong and Whampoa Docks are somewhat easier with small sellers at $215, after sales at this rate and $216. Hongkong and Kow- Joon Wharves are steady with a few shares probably obtainable at $90. New Amoy Docks are quiet at $10.Farnhams have de- clined in the Nor h to Tis871 sellers.

LANDS, HOTELS & BUILDINGS.-Hongkong Lands have sold at $170 and are now obtainable at $168. Kowloon Lands have further declined to $38 sellers. West Poins are quiet at 852. Humphreys Estates are still in demand at $12 with small sales reported at $12). Hongkong Hotels are firmer with buyers at $151; and Oriente Hotels are still in demand at $30.

SHANGHAI, 4th June, 1933.-Messrs. J. P. Bizzet & Co. in their report for this date state :-The Bank holidays from the 30th May to the lat June interfered with business. Since the opening of the market on the 2nd a considerable business has been done in Langkats at improying rates. At the close prices are slightly weaker. BANKS.- Hongkong and Shanghai Banks.—There is no business r. ported locally. The market in the South is quoted $665 buyers. The London quotation is £63. MARINE INSURANCE.-Unions, sellers at $505. China Traders buyers at $60. North China Insurance.-Buyers at $222. FIBE INSURANCE-Hongkongs wanted at $315. Sellers of Chinas at $34. SHIPPING.-Hongkong, Canton and Macao Steam Boats, $87 buyers. Douglases, buyers at $42. In Tug Boat and Lighter Co.'s no business reported. Indo-Chinas.-Business has been done for cash at Tls. 76, and 76, 76}, 77 for the Settlement and for July at 77. There are buyers at these rates. Dock8 AND WHARVES.— Hongkong and Whampoa Docks, sales at $213. Kowloon Wharves, buyers at $87 S. C. Farnham, Boyd and Co.-We have to report a rise in this Stock.
