SHARE REPORTS.
HONGKONG, 14th November.-Business dur. ing the past week has been quieter, but, with a few exceptions, rates continue to be fairly well maintained.
BANKS. Hongkong and Shanghais have ruled steady with sales at $630. The London quotation is unaltered at £64.10.0d. Nationals can be procured at 827.
MARINE INSURANCES.
Unions have sold
and are in further request at $460. China Traders after sales at 362 are enquired for at 363. Other stocks under this head are unchanged.
FIRE INSURANCES.-Hongkongs fires are on offer at $350. Chinas have been placed at $85.
SHIPPING-Hongkong. Canton and Macaos have been booked at 8371⁄2 and close steady. Ido-Chinas have steadily advanced to $103, and close with some sellers at $103. China and Manilas continue in request at $26. Douglases after sales at $41 are enquired for at 8411. Star Ferries close steady at $23 (old) and $13 (new) with sales at the rates. Shell Transports have changed ownership at the reduced rate of £1, 15%. Od.
REFINERIES.-China Sugars after sales at $102 and $101 are procurable to some extent at $99. Luzons continue in request at $15.
MINING.-Punjoms have sold at $24 and close with sellers at 827. Charbonnages and Jelebus are unchanged. Raubs can be placed at $61.
DOCKS, WHARVES & GODOWNS.-Hongkong and Whampoa Docks have sold at $217} and more shares are procurable at the rate. Hong- kong and Kowloon Wharves close somewhat easier at $90 sellers. New Amoy Docks are still unobtainable at the quoted buying rate of $37.

LANDS, HOTELS & BUILDINGS.-Hongkong Lands have sold at $185 and $185 and further shares are procurable at the lower quotation. Kowloon Lands have improved to $31 with sales and further buyers. West Points continue in request at $48. Humphreys Estates are steady with buyers at $124. Hongkong Hotels bave sold at $136 and $137 and are strong at the latter rate, Oriente Hotels can be pro- cured at $40.
COTTON MILLS-Hongkong Cottons can be placed at 817. Laon Kung-mows have im. proved in the north to Tls. 38.
