SHARE REPORT.
HONGKONG, 1st August.-There has been no relief from the general depression in our market during the week under review, and the business reported during the interval is again of unim portant dimensions.
BANKS.-Hongkong and Shanghais have eased off, and are now quoted at $610 sellers. The London rate is unchanged at £63.
MARINE INSURANCES.-Unions have been placed at $390, and are still in request at the rate. China Traders are quiet at $57. Cantons Pave sold at $160 and $162, and are further enquired for at the lower rate. North Chinas and Yangtszes are obtainable at quotations.
FIRE INSURANCE3.-Hongkongs have sold and are offering at $330. Chinas can be placed
at $81.
SHIPPING Hongkong. Canton and Macaos are neglected at $39 with sellers. Indo-Chinas under an improved demand from t'e North can now be placed at $88, Donglases have sold and are on further offer at $43.
REFINERIES-China
Sugars have been sold at $99 and $100 and are now asked for at $101. Luzons are still on offer at $20.

DOCKS, WHARVES and GodowNS.-Hong kong and Whampoa Docks have receded to $2174 sellers. Hongkong and Howloon Wharves can b obtained at $-8. New Amoy Docks are still in demand at $36 with no sellers.
