4th. Three hundred Welsh Fusiliers leave in the Fame and Whiting in consequence of messige received the previous evening from Mr. May asking for reliet. Mr. May pa-sed them on the way: The expedition found all quiet and returned the same evening. The Futami Maru arrives with portion of crow of the British ship Clwyd, the remainder arriving in a boat a few hours afterwards. The Clwyd, which left Hongkong on March 30th. bound for Pisco, Peru, with a cargo of rice, ran on to the Pratos shoal in the fog on Saturday morning, and had to be aban- doned. Lecture by Mr. J. W.
