Lands, Hotels, and Buildings.—Hong. | were sold to Hongkong at $329,- Shipping — Fong Lands have ruled a little firmer with sales and buyers at $105 and $1051; very few, however, have changed hands or are obtainable at this rate. Hotels show a further decline with sellers at $115 after small sales at $120. West Points and Humphreys unchanged and without business.
MISCELLANEOUS. changed hands at $19 and $19. Watsons at $16.50, and China Providents at $94,

SHANGHAI, 23rd October.—(From Messrs. J. P. Bisset & Co.'s Report).-Business has been chiefly confined to Indo-China S. N., S. & H. Wharf, and Shanghai-Langkat Tobacco shares. Hongkong and Shanghai Bank shares shew a decline of 18 per cent. Banke.Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation.-Shares were forced off at 315 and $12 per cent. premiun, and a sale to Hongkong at 320 per cent. premium is quoted.
