At the meeting of shareholders in the Straits Insurance Co, held in Singapore on the 28th alrimo the resolution to place the Co in liquidation was confirmed. Fire Insurance.— Halgkongs have improved to $335 in Hongkong. Chinas are offering locally at $89.
