Including TE. 25,319.68, brought forward from last year, profit and loss account shows a credit balance of Tls. 52,497 86, out of which the Directors propose to pay a dividend on the second issue of the ordinary shares at the rate of 7 per cent. per annum for the 6 months ending 80th April 1899, which will absorb Tls. 4,550, and to carry forward the balance of Tls: 47,847.86 to new account,

Plant With the exception of a small balance of machinery from Yangtsepoo workshop, which is now in course of transfer to Pootung, the whole of the plant is erected and in working order, and is giving satisfaction.?
