Mr. Grist asked that the cases might be dealt with summarily.

p.m., and found there 18 tins of milk stamped "Best condensed milk” and bearing the Eagle brand, four of them being exposed for sale in the shop, a packet of farm brand labels which had evid ently been toru off tins; a packet of Eugle brand labels which had not been used, and a bundle of Weslle's Swiss milk labels. One of the 14 tins had only the remnant of a label on. Nothing was said to him.
