LANDS, HOTELS, AND BUILDINGS.-Hong- kong Lands after small sales at $781⁄2 and $79 olose quieter at the former rate. Hotels remain steady at $78 to $79, but without business. West Points have found small buyers at $28, and Humphreys Estates at $9.

COTTON MILLS.-Hongkongs have found buyers at $85 and close steady at that rate. In the absence of local business in the Shanghai Mills quotations are taken from the last Shang. hai circulars.
