SHANGHAI, 12th December.-(From Messrs. Cromie and Burkill's circular.)-London advices to the 12th inst. report the market "quiet," Blue Elephant 10/7}. Raw Silk.-Owing to the sud- den and heavy drop in exchange, there has been more doing.
