man, Tsui Ying-mo, 30, of no fixed address, appeared before Mr K. A. S. Phillips at central Magistracy yes- terday on a charge of escaping from prison.
Tsui was remanded in custody until Friday
It is alleged that on Decem- ber 12 Tsui escaped from Chi Ma Wan Prison when he was then a prisoner there under- going a sentence of 15 tonths' imprisonment passed on him on November upon a conviction for three counts of obtaining money by false pretences.
