A fire swept the entire first floor of No 9 Marble-road, North Point, shurtly after 11 o'clock this morning.
B paint The blaze broke out at 11,05 m right above store that contained large quantities of inflammable material. Firemen sent to the site in eight appliances, contained the blaze within the first floor, and brought it under control at 11.30 am.
By 11.35 am, the fire was entirely put out, leaving the paint store intact.
No casualty was reported.
The bullding is a four-storey concrete structure.
