ALSO SAYS YOUTH ARE IRRESPONSIBLE
Sheffield, July 21,
Mr R. A. Butler, Home Secretary, has criticised the "Irresponsibility" of many British tele- vision programmes.
He told doctors attending the British Medical Association's conference here that there were too many Alms, plays and tele vision shows of a sexual and depraved nature.
GREAT FROBLEMS
Mr Butler went on: "I do myself belleve that one of the great problems of society. today is the entirely irresponsible character of our youth; the In- fluences brought to bear, on them; the lack of parental con- trol and the immaturity and, I think, Irresponsibility of many of our television programmes.
