Lynn Seymour a Canadian dancer who is one of the finest young artists in the Royal Ballet, which will be performing in Hongkong at the Lee Theatre on May 16 and 17. Mr Reginald Bevins, the Postmaster-General, has invited the B.B.C. to put forward a de- tailed statement of its case for bringing in colour.
