Colombo, Feb. 28, A bill proposing a bán on publication of racing news will be presented to the Coylon House of Representatives soon, Mr Maitripala Senanayako, Minister of Industries, Home and Cultural Affairs, indicated today.

He told the House that the draft of the bill had been finalised by the government.

The bill, which will provide for heavy renalties on any publication printing racing news and on anyone who clafributes such a publication, represents the secotut ninge of the govern ment's policy of discouraging gambling.
