THE ROYAL HONG KONG JOCKEY CLUB
7TH RACE MEETING
Saturday 21st and Saturday 28th January, 1961. (To be held under the Rules of The Royal Hong Kong Jockey Club) THE PROGRAMME WILL CONSIST OF 18 RACES (There will be 0 races on the 1st Day and 6 races on the 2nd Day) The First Bell will be rang at 1.30 p.m. and the First Race run at 2.00 p.m. on both days.
The Secretary's Office at Alexandra House will close at 11.45 am, on both days,
MEMBERS' ENCLOSURE.
No person without an Admission Badge will be admitted. Admission Badges must be prominently displayed throughout the meeting.
Admission Badges at $35.00 each per day are obtainable only on the written introduction of a Member. Admission Badges may be obtained during office hours from the Cash Sweep Offken of the Club at Prince's Building. Ground Floor (facing Statue Square); 3, D'Aguilar Street; King's Road. North Point and 382 Nathan Road. ADMISSION BADGES WILL NOT BE ON SALE AT THE SECRETARY'S OFFICE AND WILL NOT BE AVAIL ABLE AT THE RACE COURSE ON RACE DAYS.
Tiffins will be obtainable at the Club House if ordered in advance from the No. 1 Bay (Tel. 72811).
Members, Ladies wearing Ladies Brooches, and thele Guests must enter the Members Enclosure by the entrance to the Members Stand.
Members wishing to proceed to Club Boxes on the 4th and 6th Floors of the new Public Stand must do so from the 2nd Floor of the Members Stand, using the lift or stairs.
Apart from the foregoing, Members, their Ladies, and Members Guests are not permitted to enter the Public Enclosure and Stund,
NO CHILDREN under the age of seventeen years (Western Standard) will be admitted to the Club's premises during the Meeting.
PUBLIC ENCLOSURE
The price of admission will be $10.00 each per day payable at the Gute. Admission Badges will be lested and they must be prominently displayed throughout the Meeting.
Any person leaving the Enclosure will be required to pay the requisite fee of $10.00 In order to gain re-admission.
MEALS REFRESHMENTS will be available in the RESTAURANT.
CASH SWEEPS
Through Cach Sweep Tickets at $16.00 coch per day and $32.00 each for both daya ray be ootalnet from the Cash Sweep Onlees at Prince's Building, Ground Floor (facing Statue Square); 5, D'Agullar Street and 382 Nathan Road, Kowloon, during office
hours.
Tickets reserved and avaliable but not paid for by 10.00 a.m. on Friday, 20th Janney, 1961, will be sold and the reservation cancelled for future Meetings.
Special Cash Sweep Tickets on the Pearce Memorial Cup scheduled to be run on 4th March. 1981, at $2.00 each and Cash Sweep Tickets at $2.00 each for the last race of this meeting may be obtained from the Carh Sweep Offices of the Club.
