London, Nov. 24. The stock market ended the day with a depresied appearance. Nows that Ford is going on a four- day week did not help sentiment.
Gift edged securities recover- ed some of their recent losses, but industrials were nearly, all depressed Imperial Chemicals fell 2 shillings 3′ pence to 70 shillings and Courtaulds 1 shill- Ing 3 pence lower al 44 shillings 3 penice.
Stores eased but gold shares went ahead following the sharp rise in the price of gold.
