WEEKEND RUGBY

THE CHINA MAIL, MONDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 1980.

Narrow win for Club in first Hexangular match

Club had to pull out all the stops on Saturday to beat a vastly improved Royal Air Force side by 10 points (two gools) to three (a try) in the first Rugby Hexangulor Tournament match of the season.

In the preceding friendly game Dragons were extremely lucky to beat 14th Field Regiment RA by 17 points (a goal, three tries and a penalty goal) to 15 (three goals).

Club Icoked in a merry mood right from the kick-off in their game against the RAF and threw the ball about with gay banden. from one side of the Held to the other. But apart from an early break sparked by Wilson, that was the main trend of their attreks from side to side!

As I said before they are a much improved side.
