ment-sponsored film starring their mayor and his wife. `
Called "I in a Mayor," the documentary for overseas show- ing under Foreign Office aus- pices and commissioned by the Central Office of Informa-
tlon, is intended to depict the everyday life of a typical English
mayor.
The official chosen, Mr Robert Abell, of Maldenhoad, is shown as living in a house belonging to the local authority and rid- ing to work on a bus,
