Jehovah's Witnesses would not change their religious belief that blood transfusion was wrong, the presiding Minister of Jehovah's Witnesses in Australia, Mr D. E. Helo, said today. Yesterday a Jehovah's Witness whose two-day-old baby died after he had refused to consent to a blood transfusion on religious grounds was found guilty of manslaughter by a General Sessions jury.
