EASY VICTORY
Another Big Game Falls Far Short Of Expectations
By I. M. MacTAVISH
This was really a game of two halves. For the opening 45 minutes Tung Wah were on top: after the interval they were never in the picture and Kitchee cruised to an easy victory by three goals to one.
Once again it was a disappointing game. Good open constructive football was at a premium. There was far too much deliberate obstruction and it is becoming more and more obvious that the "wide" boys of Colony soccer are simply not going to let the ball players exploit their talent.

Vespa Club Treasure Hunt Was A Fitting Climax To A Successful Season
By A CHINA MAIL REPORTER
If there have ever been any doubts in the minds of the "Vespa” Club members as to who should claim title of best all-rounder these were dispelled on Saturday. H. C. “Ricky Souza” chalked up another bril- liant triumph on his G.S. machine when he showed a clean pair of "wheels" to 23 other participants in the Treaure Hunt over a 35-miles route on the Island.

The Dodgers stayed at the top of the Junior League when they came from behind to beat the Cardinals 7-5 in an exciting softball game over the weekend.
