DRUG MAKER GETS 5 YEARS

One of the two men arrested by officers of the Anti - Narcotics Bureau in a raid on a farm house over- looking Junk Bay on April 13 was given five years by Judge H. H. B. How at Kow- loon District Court this morning.

The accused. Mak Tso-kwong, 45, had pleaded gulliy to two chies of manufacturing dan- gerous drugs and possession of Fix pounds and half an ounce of heroin,

A Soviet spokesman said tonight that the Big Four Foreign Ministers Conference, which entered its fifth week today, was approaching the end of its work.
