NIKITA KHRUSHCHEV, Russia's overlord, is being given a tremendous
personal build-up by the Kremlin. Nothing like it has been seen in Russia since the death of Stalin six years ago ended the "personality cult" of Kremlin leaders.
It all started last week-end. Pretext: Khrushchev's 65th birthday. Suddenly, without any warning, the Kremlin is disgorging information about the Soviet leader's personal life, simple facts which the Soviet lenders with their innate suspicion of details which reveal their private life-have so far withheld.
