London, Nov. 24. With less than a week to go before applications for the 1964 Olympic Games have to be in the hands of the Chancellor of the International Olympic Committee in Lausanne, only two cities, Tokyo and Detroit, háve officially applied for them - though Vienna says she will do so.
It is not thought there will be any further applications though there must always be a possibility that the USSR will put in a bid for Moscow before the deadline at midnight local time November 30, (2300 GMT).
