Frank Tyson, one of England's fast bowlers chosen for the tour of Australia next winter, struck fine form for Northamp- tonshire in their county cricket cham- pionship match against Essex today.

In 18 overs at Wellingborough, fiery Tyson captured six wickets for 43 runs to give his side a first innings lead of 86 and bonus points. Doug Insole, the captain, was top scorer for Essex with 54.
Northamptonshire built up u mubstantial lead when they batled a second time. Their New Zealand born opening bat, Petey Arnold, hit 117 in 190 minutes, including 11 boun- daries.
Seven Wicket Win
