Miss Sheila Ogilvie, the Colonial Office labour advisor arrived in Hongkong this morning to begin an investigation into working conditions in the Colony,

On her return to London she will be making a report to the Secretary of State for the Colonies, Mr Alan Lennox-Boyd, Miss Ogilvie said.
