There have been 32 cases of poliomyelitis, so far this year,
according to official figures given to me today. Of this total, two have died.

The accused are Tong Tim, alius Tong Kam, 46, who had pleaded guilty to the counts, and Yuen Sum, alias Yuen Shu-sum who denied the charges,
Mr M. S. Milnes, Assistant Superintendent of Police of the Anti-Narcotic Branch, testified that he raided the premises on April 25.
