Alick Jeffrey has played again in a prac tice match and that a specialist has said he can start full training right away.
For 16 months the 18-year old Young Eng- innd and Doncaster inaldo right has been fighting to come back.
The right leg he broke in the match against France in Octo- ber, 1956, has been slow to heal, but Alick has never wavered in the bellef that he would be able to play in League football again.
"He still has a slight limp," says Doncaster's joint
manager, Jack Hodgson, but his pro- gress has speeded up during the past few weeks."
