Explorer's Radio Comes To Life Again

Roma, Fob. 23. Signals from the American "satollito Explorer, operot- ing on a frequency of 108.03 megacyclot, were picked up today by the Rome Centre of Radio Studios and Tests.

The radio transmitter using this frequency was uncially reported to have ceased opera- tion 12 days ago when its batteries ran down.
