Twenty-five years Bishop of Hangkong and Macao, the Rt Rev. Ronald Owen Hall celebrated his consecration and rededicated his dioceso at the South China Athletic Stadium, Caroline Hilt. A crowd ostimoted at seven thousand overflowed the South stands of the 20,000-sent stadium. There was procession 1,700 strong of choirs from 18 churchos and banner parties from 70 church organisations,"
