November 4 and 5 were fixed before Judge James Wicks at the Victoria District Court this morning as the dates of hear- ing of the libel suits brought by two American sisters in respect of an article published in the Hongkong Tiger Standard.

Lau Tin-man, 37, a stone. breaker of a Government quarry at Mount Butler, was bound over in $250 for one year for lighting by Mr H. H. B. How at Central Magistracy this morning.
