THE Chinese Technical Mission to the United Kingdom, which was due to arrive in the second half of September, has been delayed and will not now arrive till around October 10. However, an advance party of textile technicians led by Mr Tang Kuang-te, Director of National Technical Import Corporation, has been in this country since September 6.
