Stock Market Passes Very Dull Week

By A SPECIAL CORRESPONDENT.

Coments continued their downward spiral again this week losing $1.40 to close yesterday on the Hongkong Stock Exchange at $28.60.

The slump in Cement shares has been gradual since their loss of $2 last week. Their decline is expected to continue as long as the Chinese cut-throat and Japanese maintain their cement war in the Colony.

The market itself has been stagnant and very dull this weck-most likely reflecting the oltitude of the world market. 2000 344 Turnover for the week was only $2.5 million, with the tally of two higher, ien unchanged and 12 lower.
