A 23-year-old West German student explorer has reached Singapore after being rescued from his 15-foot yacht adrift in the South China Sea.
He is Peter Hans Frey who told the story of a 12-week ordeal yesterday after his boat was safely moored in a berth at the Royal Singapore Yacht Club.
