Rules And Regulations

in each section.
3. All entries must be accompanied by the printed slip below, duly completed and signed.

All entries must be preferably on glossy- finish paper and measure 6 x 8 or larger.
5. All entries must carry a caption adequate-
ly describing the photograph.
