A NOVEL AND HIGHLY ENJOYABLE CONCERT
An unusual musical event took place last night in the University Loke Yow Hall; this was a concert at fow which the performers were all blind (a very being partially but only slightly sighted). About 400 people attended.
It was organised by the Hongkong Society for the Blind and the Blind Welfare Section of the Social Welfare Office, and those taking part were from Hongkong's own blind homes, the Ebenezer and the Honeyville, Boy Scouts from the North Point Camp, some professional musicians and a few individuals who are being cured for by friends or relief organisations.
