RUSSIANS EAT BETTER: LEMON TEA POPULAR

Moscow, May 2. The average Russian today is eating better than at any time in the past 40 years.

· Even throughout the difficult winter months, he can always obtain beetroot and cabbage (with which he makes borsch) and onions. So far as Moscow is concerned, where standards are high, the average Russian can afford to buy as much of these as he needs.
