Chicago, Apr. 4. Grains closed irregular on the Board of Trade today.
Wheat prices were lower due to continued reports of more moisture in the wheat regions, but May months were in de mand and sold slightly above yesterday's close.
Trade was small in soybeans, the market was fairly unsettled and prices closed about steady: light country offerings for May led to relatively frm market for that month crop.
Whoot closed off 4 to 1% 543 cents; soybeans closed up
